Staci Genesi

As an Executive Assistant at Focus Financial Services, my primary responsibilities revolve around handling and processing new business paperwork, ensuring that everything is organized and executed smoothly. Having worked in the financial services industry for over two years, I have developed a passion for learning more about this dynamic field and continuously growing as a professional. Before joining Focus Financial Services, I had the opportunity to work at the Canyons School District, where I gained valuable experience in administrative roles.

I enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and learn about their unique backgrounds and stories. Each individual brings a wealth of experiences and perspectives that fascinate me. Building connections and understanding the diverse journeys of those I interact with is truly rewarding. Prior to embarking on my professional career, I attended the University of Central Florida. My time at university equipped me with a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that have proven invaluable in my current role. I am driven by a desire to expand my understanding of the financial industry and to contribute to the success of the team I work with.

In my personal life, I am fortunate to reside in Lehi, Utah, with my loving husband and our two beautiful daughters. My family is my anchor, supporting me in all that I do. They inspire me to strive for success every day and remind me of the importance of balancing my personal and professional life. Outside of work, I hold the position of Parent-Teacher Association President at my children's school. I love being actively involved in the PTA because it allows me to be present and active in my children’s daily education, and also because it gives me a voice in important decision making for the benefit of all children at the school. 

In my free time, I love to read and get lost in a good book. When I am stressed and need to unwind, I love to curl up with my colored pencils and a good coloring book. I also enjoy baking cupcakes and experimenting with new flavors and combinations.
